If less than 36 hours from booking date no refund issued-100%cancellation fee. 36-48 hours from booking date 50% cancellation fee. Over 48 hours no cancellation fee, except booking fee.

1770 LARC! Tours:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure – fully refundable Cancellation made inside 24 hrs prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee Cancellation or no show on day of tour – 100% non refundable (If Cancellation is due to legitimate reasons (sickness etc) we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of cancelled tour valid for 6 months) If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee to cover catering costs. If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy, tour is fully refundable.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
